1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SolasArc ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products

SolasArc sells custom digital Minecraft block designs. All products are digital goods delivered electronically after payment verification. Each block is priced at 13 BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).

Product images and descriptions are for reference only. Stock availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Trademark & Affiliation Disclaimer

NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Microsoft, the Microsoft logo, and the Mojang logo are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. SolasArc is an independent third-party creator and is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Synergies AB, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries.

The custom block designs sold on this site are original creations made by SolasArc and are intended for use within Minecraft as user-generated content. SolasArc respects the Minecraft Usage Guidelines and operates within the scope of allowed third-party commercial use.

4. Payments

We accept payments via bKash and Nagad only. By submitting a payment you confirm that:

• You have sent the correct amount to the correct merchant number.
• The Transaction ID (TxnID) you provide is accurate and belongs to your payment.
• You are the authorized user of the mobile banking account used.

SolasArc reserves the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered after payment verification via WhatsApp. Delivery typically occurs within a few minutes to a few hours during active hours. SolasArc is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information provided by the buyer.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent Transaction IDs or payment information.
• Attempt to access or tamper with other users' orders.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Resell or redistribute purchased digital blocks without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on SolasArc are the intellectual property of SolasArc. Purchased blocks are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

SolasArc is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SolasArc after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were made.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law.
