Step 3 — Send the Payment
Open your chosen app and send the exact total amount to our merchant number. The numbers are shown on the payment page, but here's how the process works:

Open the bKash app on your phone.

Tap "Send Money".

Enter the bKash merchant number shown on the payment page. Copy it with one tap.

Enter the exact total amount (13 TK × number of blocks).

In the Reference field, type SolasArc.

Enter your bKash PIN and confirm the payment.

A Transaction ID (TxnID) will appear on the confirmation screen — copy it immediately.

Open the Nagad app on your phone.

Tap "Send Money".

Enter the Nagad merchant number shown on the payment page. Copy it with one tap.

Enter the exact total amount (13 TK × number of blocks).

In the Reference field, type SolasArc.

Enter your Nagad PIN and confirm the payment.

A Transaction ID (TxnID) will appear on the confirmation screen — copy it immediately.

Step 4 — Submit Your Transaction ID
After sending the money, go back to the SolasArc payment page and fill in the confirmation form.

Paste your Transaction ID (TxnID) — the unique code from your payment app confirmation.

Enter the phone number you used to send the payment.

Enter your name so we can address your order correctly.

Optionally enter your email for delivery notifications.

Click "Confirm Payment" — your Order ID is generated instantly.

Step 5 — Send Order on WhatsApp
After confirming, you'll see a green Send Order on WhatsApp button. Tap it — the message is pre-filled with all your order details. Just hit Send in WhatsApp.

On the confirmation screen, tap "Send Order on WhatsApp".

WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message containing your order ID, items, TxnID and total.

Tap "Send" in WhatsApp — we receive your order instantly.

We verify your TxnID and confirm delivery via WhatsApp. This usually takes a few minutes.

Save your Order ID (shown on the confirmation screen — format SA-XXXXXXXX).
You can check your order status anytime on the Track Order page.
